Chai Wan Neighbourhood Elderly Centre is one of the service units of Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. The service targets are elderlys, with the spirit of \u201cTo serve, not to be served\u201d in order to promote personal growth of participants and harmonious community.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
