Chai Wan Neighbourhood Elderly Centre
Chai Wan Neighbourhood Elderly Centre is one of the service units of Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. The service targets are elderlys, with the spirit of “To serve, not to be served” in order to promote personal growth of participants and harmonious community.
Target audience:
- Elderly people aged 60 or above residing in Chai Wan District
- Carergiver
- local communities
